Width + Length + Height = Volume Size (Cubic centimeters)
MAKESEND CHARGES THE PRICE BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE PARCEL. Shipments up to 25 kilograms are available and free pick-up service when more than 3 pieces are delivered.

• Available in areas throughout Bangkok, vicinity and upcountry.

• Delivery to Bangkok - Vicinity Parcel delivery is available between 13.00-18.00 and 15.00-20.00 only.
** If the package is picked up around 8.00-10.00 am, the package will be delivered around 13.00-18.00 hrs.
** If the package is picked up around 10.00-12.00, the package will be delivered around 15.00-20.00.
• Bookings must be made and paid for before the pick-up time, for example, if you want to use the pick-up service from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., you must book and pay before 8.00 a.m.
• In case you want to cancel or change your pick-up time. Amendments or cancellations must be made in the system prior to the reserved pick-up period.
• Free pick-up of 3 parcels or more (under 3 items will be charged 30 Baht/time)
• Available in areas throughout Bangkok, vicinity and upcountry.
** Perimeter = Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Nakhon Pathom and Samut Sakhon
** Upcountry = Chonburi, Nakhon Ratchasima, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, Hua Hin and Samut Songkhram
• Parcel pick-up service is available between 8.00-10.00, 10.00-12.00 and 12.00-14.00 only (delivery within the province).
** Delivery to Bangkok-vicinity is available for parcel pickup around 8.00-10.00 and 10.00-12.00 only.
• Parcel delivery service is available between 15.00-20.00 only.
** Delivery to Bangkok-vicinity, parcel delivery is available around 15.00-20.00 and 17.00-22.00 only.
• Nakhon Ratchasima Province Parcel delivery is available around 4.30-10.00 p.m. only.
** Delivery to Bangkok-vicinity with parcel delivery service around 17.00-22.00 only.
• For example, if you want to use the pickup service between 8.00-10.00, you must make a reservation and pay before 8.00 a.m.
• In case you want to cancel or change your pick-up time. Amendments or cancellations must be made in the system prior to the reserved pick-up period.
• Free pick-up of 3 parcels or more (less than 3 items will be charged 90 Baht/visit)
** There is no delivery service between upcountry and upcountry**
Inter-provincial parcel delivery service by SCGJWD (3-5 working days)
• Already available in areas throughout Thailand.
** Envelope size for envelopes only.
** Parcels must be packed in boxes only.
** The delivery period at branches in Bangkok and its vicinity is opening hours – 11.00 a.m.
** Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
** Closed on Sundays and public holidays
• Temperature-controlled delivery is divided into 2 types.
** Cold is to maintain the temperature from 0-8 degrees Celsius.
** Soaking is to maintain the temperature at -15 degrees Celsius.
