2.1 Users must make a reservation via makesend.asia and select the next noon delivery time (no later than 12.00 on the next day).
2.2 In case of cancellation of transportation
                – If the user wants to cancel the shipment before the cut-off time, they can cancel by themselves through the company's system.
                – If the user wishes to cancel the shipment after the cut-off time, they must contact Customer Support. Call 02-026-6848
2.3 Delivery by 12.00 (noon) of the next day. Users can book shipments with payment in both cut-off times from 8.00-10.00 (in case of customers booking in the system by themselves) and 9.00-11.00 (in case of delivery at branches).
2.4 The Company cannot clearly specify the time of arrival of the destination recipient.
2.5 If delivery is delayed Users can contact the company to request a full refund of the shipping cost.
2.6 If the Company is unable to contact the Customer within the stipulated time, the Products will be delivered again on the next business day. By 12.00 noon. Original time
2.7 Products that participate in the service delivered before noon on the next day must be products that can be stored for more than 2 days, such as  clothes. Electronic Devices If it is a type of snack or dry food. Must be able to live without spoilage for more than 2 days.
2.8 The categories of products that cannot participate in the Next Day morning service are cold controlled products and products delivered at normal temperature, such as fruits, bakery, cakes, food.
        **In case the customer wishes to send products in such categories. The company can proceed with the delivery but only if the product is damaged. MAKESEND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO CLAIM PRODUCTS IN ALL CASES.
