When I think of a place to visit in Khaosan People often think of pubs, bars, street food and forget that the area is the old town. There is a community with a long history, as well as many legendary shops and restaurants in the area. I would like to recommend 8 restaurants. In addition to drinking places, what can I eat in Khaosan?

The name comes from the number of pots for making porridge in the shop with 9 pots. It has been open for 30 years, and the highlight is that the thick rice has a good viscosity. Minced pork uses plain pork cubes of bite-size. The offal does not stink fishy. Make bowl by bowl, you can choose to fill the machine, hard-boiled eggs, horse eggs, salted eggs. Choose only 1 or 3 eggs, maybe add toppings to crispy noodles or patongko. Most customers come to eat before going in for a drink and come out after spending all their energy dancing. Because the food is not very heavy, but it is in the stomach, the shop is at the entrance.

It is a charcoal oven pizza restaurant that has been open for 20 years, just 50 meters walk down the alley, famous for pizza, of course, there must be a lot of toppings to choose from, such as shrimp, salmon, seafood, ham, pepperoni, vegetables. The highlight is that every cheese topping is firm and stretchy. Add more cheese to the topping. In addition to the usual pizza toppings, there is also a pizza wrap, which when cut off, the cheese sausages will be greasy and overflowing into lava. Spinach with cheese or spaghetti with tom yum and salmon salad are also available.

There are western desserts, and then there must be Thai desserts so that they do not have less face. The shop is on Tanao Road, just a short walk from Khao San Road. Traditional Thai desserts are sold by the owners, who are young people. As a result, the dessert is presented in a more modern way. The container was filled until a group of young customers wanted to try a beautiful and unusual dessert, and when they tried it, they were attracted to the sweet taste of coconut milk. Small snacks start at only 10 baht, familiar dishes include boiled desserts, taro rhombic pastry, fresh coconut milk, as well as rare snacks such as Charm Chan, Thong-Ek, Bulundanmek, coffee and tea drinks, using coconut water instead of milk to make it more fragrant. Mango juice with coconut water is refreshing immediately after drinking. If you want to learn how to make sweets, there are classes as well. Choose a snack that you want to make for a short lesson for just one day.
