Terms of use of Nim Express

I, THE USER OF TA-Q-BIN AS THE SENDER, AGREE AND AGREE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. General Agreement

1.1 I agree to be the Freight Forwarder and I agree to abide by this Agreement in accordance with the front details, including the Terms and Conditions of Carriage for TA-Q-BIN service in Thailand and related manuals, which can be found in www.nimexpress.com or from the Company's service providers.

1.2 I agree to be responsible for packing the parcel into a strong and appropriate package. None of the parts protrude and contain cushioning or materials necessary to store the parcel. In this regard, I acknowledge that the Company may consider the suitability of the packaging for transportation and have the right to change it.

1.3 I agree to fill in the details as specified by the Company, such as product details, product value, address of me and the recipient, etc., that are accurate and clear. If I do not provide any details that affect the transportation or liability of the Company. I agree to allow the Company to consider as it deems appropriate.

1.4 In case the goods require special care when sending. I will inform the Company.

1.5 In case the transported goods must control the temperature. I acknowledge that the Company's services are divided into 2 types: "Refrigerated" to maintain the temperature from 0 to 8 degrees Celsius and "Frozen" to maintain the temperature from -15 degrees Celsius.

2. Product Description & Transportation

2.1 I agree and acknowledge that, unless otherwise agreed, the Company does not accept the transportation of dangerous goods such as chemicals, flammable materials, hazardous materials, weapons, garbage, sewage. Infectious agents, blood, etc. Illegal goods, living organisms or body parts Meat (except seafood and cooked meat) Images or pornography drug Precious objects such as gold, gemstones, cash, bonds, sacred objects Letters, personal documents, important legal documents, as well as other agreements that the Company may additionally require.

2.2 In case of necessity, I consent to the Company inspecting the products inside the package without notifying me.

2.3 I acknowledge that the Company may refuse delivery of the Products even if the Company has agreed to take delivery of the packaging and return the Products to me. I acknowledge that in addition to refusing to deliver the goods, the Company may destroy the goods, and the Company agrees to notify me as soon as possible.

3. Shipping and Expense Payment

3.1 Freight rates depend on size, weight, mode of transport according to the method specified in the quotation.

3.2 I agree to pay the transportation costs, related expenses, including additional transportation costs if there is a change in the transportation cost due to the reasons in Clause 3.1.

3.3 Collection of destination freight from consignee If the recipient refuses or does not appear the recipient of the product. I agree that the Company shall deliver the Products to my address indicated on the front and pay for shipping, maintenance and other related expenses.

3.4 In case the Company is fined or liable due to my defect. I agree to assume all liability.

4. Receiving the Products

4.1 I acknowledge that the Company Make every effort to deliver the products to the destination by the method and route specified by the Company. within the agreed period. Transportation may be delayed in the event of force majeure or circumstances that prevent timely delivery. I consent to the extension of the period and make no claim for damages thereof.

4.2 In case the shipping fee has been paid and the product has no recipient, the 2nd time will be delivered free of charge. In case the recipient refuses to receive the product twice, the product will be returned to the origin immediately. The return fee is 50% of the pickup and the full service fee is charged in case of temperature-controlled products.

4.3 For any reason, the Company must return the Products to me. I agree that the ownership of the products shall be vested in the Company after 90 days from the date of the Company. However, it must not be later than 180 days from the date I deliver the goods to the Company. I agree to be responsible for the owner.

5. Responsibilities of the Company

5.1 I acknowledge that the Company will pay me damages only in case of damage or loss of goods due to the Company's actual actions but not exceeding 3,000 Baht per order of carriage and not exceeding 2,000 Baht per order of transportation in the case of temperature-controlled goods. However, I acknowledge that I can agree to adjust such liability rate as determined by the Company. Determined with the Company's service providers.

5.2 In case of damage The warranty will expire when the recipient has signed for the package. If damage is found, the claim can be reported within 3 days, including the date of receipt of the product. When the Company notifies me. I agree to discuss with the Company the appropriate course of action within 7 days from the notification of the Company. However, I agree not to change or amend the course of action that has been communicated to the Company. I agree to grant the Company the right to manage as appropriate.

5.3 In addition to damages under Clause 5.1, the Company is not obliged to pay damages due to any other cause.

5.4 I acknowledge that in case of damage or loss of the product. If you want the company to be responsible I or the consignee shall notify the Company by showing a message on the document or delivery system to the deliverer at the time of delivery. If the delivery of the goods has been signed, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in perfect condition without damage, and for any reason such damage cannot be offset against shipping costs and other expenses. 6. Handling of Personal Information

6.1 The personal data of the service recipient will be used for the purpose of parcel delivery activities, such as contacting to receive the parcel from the originating customer or contacting to deliver the product to the end customer to the service recipient, including analyzing the data for service improvement.
